Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at support@lifelinecompliance.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials within a single medical practice. Lifeline Compliance makes no warranty that our materials will satisfy all applicable regulatory requirements or that their use will result in full HIPAA compliance. Healthcare regulations change frequently, and it is your responsibility to verify that compliance materials remain current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifeline Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.
